For 2025, LaPrade is temporarily closed for renovations that will make the space even more accessible and advantageous.
LaPrade Library opened at its current location in 2001, replacing the original library building that had been constructed on Hicks Road in 1976. The 20,000 square foot facility features great workspaces for laptop users and students. It also features one of Chesterfield Public Library’s two 24-hour drive-up book drops.
