Tea will commence at 2:00 p.m. with the finest herbal and caffeinated blends and light Hors d'oeuvres, brought to us by Lady Whitmore of the Savory Blend Tea Company.
Parlor games and frivolity will follow. Please dress to impress (regency attire encouraged but not required!)

The library features CCPL's largest collection about the arts, and its music and creative arts and crafts programs are popular. Local artists exhibit paintings, prints, and photographs at Chester Library each month. The Chesterfield Center for the Arts is located adjacent to the library building, a multi-faceted venue for visual and performing arts, literature and creativity within a walkable neighborhood of shops, restaurants, and local businesses.
