Performance SpaceBulldozers and dump trucks and tractors, oh my! Join the Children's Museum of Richmond in a hands-on exploration of how simple machines work. Registration begins July 11.
Students gain a working knowledge of six simple machines in Simply Machines! Through hands-on exploration, students will be challenged to identify the simple machines in an “I SPY” game, experiment to discover how machines make work easier, and test out ways to combine simple machines through construction play.
Students will leave the program with DIY machine kit.

Central Library
Central Library houses the local history and law library collections. It has the largest makerspace of any library in the county. The library has bright, open space with large meeting rooms.
