Community RoomCelebrate National Fierce Aging Day by exploring the aging process and learning strategies to create a meaningful path into elderhood.
Along with a brief introduction into gerontology, the presenters will share evidence-based insights that challenge ageism and support a positive view of aging. Participants will explore how reframing aging using a whole-person lifespan approach can enable them to embrace their own aging with positivity and intentionality.

Midlothian Library
Midlothian Library is located in the historic, unincorporated Village of Midlothian. The library is adjacent to the Millworks at the Green Complex, which provides a unique village atmosphere rarely found in a suburban setting. The library serves a thriving residential community and is within walking distance of several county schools, a branch of Brightpoint Community College and the YMCA.
